Frequently asked questions
How do I pay for my order?
We accept MTN Mobile Money and Orange Money only. At checkout, enter your Mobile Money number, then approve the payment request on your phone with your PIN. We will never ask for your PIN on our website or by phone.
Where do you deliver, and how much does it cost?
We deliver to 12 cities across Cameroon, including Douala, Yaoundé, Bamenda. Delivery is free on orders over 25 000 FCFA; otherwise it costs 2 000 FCFA.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Every product we sell is dermatologist recommended and dermatologically tested. Each product page lists the skin types it suits. If your skin is very sensitive, patch-test first or ask us for advice.
I'm not sure which product is right for me. Can you help?
Yes! Send us a message with the topic “Product advice”. Tell us your skin type and main concern (dark spots, dryness, breakouts…) and we'll suggest a simple routine.
How do I follow up on an order?
